Your weekly dose of Vlogging Mommies is here! This week's topic is all about back to school, and tips to get out the door. (If you do not have a child in school, what does it take to get out the door when your child goes to a child care provider?) How was your child's first day of school? Did you take a ton of pictures? Let's talk about tips, and hints on a smooth transition for the school year!

Is there a book you love to read to your child because it teaches a lesson or virtue? Does your child's favorite book fit their personality? Share with us next week the 3 books, that you love to read with your children. See you next Thursday!

  1. I just have to say you are a natural on camera!

My two year old is having a little bit of jealousy from not being able to go to school too. Luckily, the child watch at the YMCA helps! ;)

  2. I totally understand about now being prepared for the sibling. Caelyn missed Chloe so much during the day. I never would have imagined her to miss her as much as she does.

  3. I set stuff out the night before too, and I also went right into the backpack after school to see what was what.

I'm glad he's happy at school!

    1. Thank you ladies for stopping by!

@Liz - I am finding that I have to go through every pocket, as there is stuff crammed every where!

@Cassie - How did little Sis do last year? How long did it take her to adjust?

@Hanan - Thank you, I try! :) Im glad YMCA is helping, and will stave off some of the envy!

Thank you ladies for your support and comments! See you all next week!

  4. Aww poor little guy. I love how you incorporated him into the daily school routine. Especially the lunch box idea! Great thinking. Hope he is having a bit of an easier time as we are at the end of the week. I guess every day will be a bit easier for him. :)
