Mikey came home on Wednesday talking about feeding the reindeer carrots, and NEEDING cookies for Santa. So, we ran to the store...chalk that one up for one of the 1 million things I have forgotten ! Once we got home from Gigi's, it was VERY serious business, setting out the cookies! (Notice there are 2 snowman cookies?) Setting out the carrots for the reindeer. One snowman cookie...did not make it! The blue icing is the evidence...book him for cookie theft! 3 carrots and 3 cookies...now evenly balanced! Giving a hug to Buddy and Max, before they return to the North Pole. "What do you mean Buddy and Max are leaving?" Mikey thought that the cookie plate needed to be closer to the fire place...so Santa wouldn't have to look too hard to find them. Merry Christmas to Buddy and Max! Thank you VERY much for all the fun! We will see you again next year!

Christmas Eve, was at Gigi's house. (I don't have any pictures of her, as she was hostess for the evening and stayed in the kitchen! Thanks Gigi!) We enjoyed appetizers and sandwiches...and great company. Mikey is wearing "Merry Christmas" with Santa Claus. Ryan is wearing "Baby's 1st Christmas." Grandma and Mikey Wrestling with Grandma on the floor! Mikey thought this was the best part of the night! Our neighbors really went above and beyond! Mikey loved looking at the lights!

Buddy and Max found all of Mikey's Mr. Potato Head's friends, and dressed "Tater Head," up as a fireman. They also went shopping and found pajamas for the boys, that say "Mommy's Little Monster!" (Even though they are REALLY daddy's monsters.) Are those dinos or rainbow monsters? (Jury is still out on this one...) Mikey Mikey wanted to know why the box was empty... "Why Buddy and Max, give me any empty box?" Ryan and one of Mr. Potato Head's friend "Corn Spud."

The elves found Aunt Melinda's original 1978 version of Candy Land. They set up the board, and 2 game pieces, and played all night long. Buddy Max Mikey came down the steps and yelled "Another game!" "What are they doing Mommy?" Ryan's version of how to play the game...lay on the board to get all of Mikey's cards. He finally was happy chewing on the yellow game piece. Mikey wanted the "blue guy." Mikey used the candy path, as one big slide, and was very happy "playing," his version!

Buddy and Max, ran to Arby's at Midnight, as they had the munchies! They found a juice box, and Mikey's new pillow ...good times! Buddy Max Mikey's babysitter; Toni, made these pillows, with the kids. I love the poem: "Now I lay me down to sleep, I count these hands instead of sheep, and think of all the friends i have made, when at Toni's house I have played." Mikey followed a trail, from his room, all the way down the stairs to the living room...and found a huge toilet paper mess! Buddy and Max TP'ed the tree and a few Christmas decorations. Max and Buddy We've been TP'ed ! Mikey Ryan and Mikey
