Bass* Pro is offering a free "summer camp," filled with freebies and workshops. We caught up with Grandma and Dylan, so he could take the shooting workshop. Prior to the start of class, Dylan and Mikey made leather key chains. Mikey wanted to know why he needed a mallet... Dylan Ryan just watched, while the guys did the craft. After class, Dylan got to go to the shooting range to shoot a bb gun. Then we headed over to have to have the boys pictures taken. Dylan thought he would pretend to be a fashion model... Mikey thought the fishing hat was funny, and wanted to know if he could take it home. Next was the fishing and casting pond. Ryan was there to check things out too. What would a trip to the sportsman's wear house be, without checking out the boats? Mikey...all he needed was the keys. Dylan fell in love with this four wheeler... Grandma told him to keep dreaming! ***We would do this again, as we only did one workshop, and it goes through July. We loved the two guys...

Our neighborhood had a garage sale, and our big "deal," was a set of Lincoln Logs! Mikey saw the box, and said " Oooo ...CONSTRUCTION!" He was so excited to dump out the logs, from the box. "Mommy...real logs!" "Look Mommy there's a door!" Completed building #1 He ran down the steps on Sunday morning, and went right back to building a tower! Building #3...this time with a garage and fenced in area for the horse! ****Best $3.00, we have ever spent!****

Grandma, Pa-pa, and Dylan had a BBQ, and we spent the day outside! Give the kids a volley ball, Frisbee , bubbles, or a huge inflated circle in the shape of a tire...which do they choose to play with? They climb inside, roll it down a hill...hours of fun! "Sorry Ryan you do not make the size requirement!" Mikey and Dylan had a blast! Mikey-Dylan-Ryan

The local Christian Church in NT, has an annual fund raiser, where they "race" rubber duckies, in the lazy river at the NT pool, for a small donation per duck. Mikey, counting the ducks prior to the start of the race. Mikey made a duck hat at the crafts table. Then played a few games with the other kids...this was the ducky shuffle. Mikey "dock swimming." "Here come the ducks! Go duckies...GO!" Ryan After the race, they set up cool down stations...Mikey loved this little pool. Ryan was ready to go home!
