The Green Eyed Momma

Toni took the boys to feed the ducks at St. Ferdinand Park. I have so many fond memories of the park from when I was a little girl! I love that Mikey and Ryan are now able to enjoy the park too! (Mikey hated that there was duck poo...every where!) Mikey, Mason, and Ryan Mikey was telling the ducks..."I have bread, why wont you come get it?" He finally just threw it near the goose and said "If your hungry, eat!"

We headed to the country to spend the rest of Mother's Day with Grandma, Papa, Blu, Gigi, Aunt Diane, and Uncle Dave! Grandma had all of the boys toys waiting for them so that they could play in the dirt! Boys are "supposed" to be messy.... Grandma and Ryan Papa took Mikey on a walk, to see the neighbor's horses, and then to the creek to see the fish. Papa and Ryan Aunt Diane wanted to take some of the bigger rocks home with her, so that she could decorate her garden. This became a major "project," for Mikey! Look Mommy...a BIG rock...it's heavy! Thank you Mike for making my Mother's Day so special! Brunch was amazing, and then you supplied the BBQ for dinner! I love you and my sons, so VERY much!

Daddy planned a big surprise for Mommy and Grandma! A Mother's Day brunch at Araka , located in Clayton. Grandma Dylan Ryan Ryan thought a game of hide under the cloth napkin, was in order. Dylan and Mikey " battling ," with Bakugan ! Linda, Mikey, Dylan, Jenny, Ryan, and Carl. Mike with his Mom...amazing how they look so much alike in the face!

Leanne came up with another AMAZING and fun idea...Pixies and Pirates in the Park! Dress up your little girl in a tutu, and wings....give your little boy an eye patch...and ta- da instant photo opportunity ! The "Park," was Faust Park, where the butterfly house is located. My little pirates... buccaneer Ryan and Captain Mikey...ahoy mates ! The sweet little pixies...so cute! Mikey, Ryan, Gabe, and Robbie Ryan Unfortunately , Mikey saw the playground, and wasn't really wanting to take any more pictures, but he had a blast at the playground! Little monkey, climbed to the very top. Mikey was trying to show Ellie, how to turn the big wheel. Ryan wanted to climb SO bad...here he is on the backside of the ladder watching the other kids climb up to the slide. Ryan, and a big cheesy smile! The kids played so hard, that they both fell asleep on the way home...two very tired pirates! ***Thanks Leanne and STL Babies, for another fun play date! You Momma's are so fun! G...

I had set some stuff by the door to set out with the trash, and when I returned to the front door with my shoes on, this is what I found...it made me laugh. I asked Mikey..."What are you doing?" "I'm a turtle... Mommy!" He played with this cardboard box, for an hour. Next he was driving a trash truck...go figure!

Cinco de Mayo...with kids! Easy, right...??? Open frozen burrito package, microwave, and viola` Mexican meal for those with teeth. (Sorry Ryan you still do not qualify.) Open package, set burrito onto the plate, pour cheesy salsa from jar, on top of burrito.... Jar of cheesy sauce, goes flying, because Mommy can't open the freaking jar... and it manages to break Mommy's favorite plate! Huge ....FAIL!!!! Eat burrito any way on a green plate, without cheese salsa sauce...and it just isn't the same... Happy freaking Cinco de Mayo! *****Just to make you smile...Mikey in his new Thomas PJ's.*****

Mikey came down with a stomach bug, and a temperature, just shy of 102. Daddy left work to stay home with the bud-bud. He got sick in Daddy's car, on the way home...SORRY Daddy. He finally perked up around 9:30pm. Daddy and Bud-bud. He seemed to sleep okay, without any additional "belly" issues. Mommy hates when any of her guys, don't feel well!
