We spent Easter at the Fortner's ! Ryan - Dylan - Mikey Mikey Dylan Ryan wanted to know what was in Mikey's basket. The Easter Bunny hid eggs inside Grandma and Grandpa's house. Mikey wanted to open the egg every time, to see what was inside. Ryan looking for eggs. Found one! Mikey looking inside the TV stand! Grandpa and Ryan Mikey and all of his eggs! Ryan thought it would be easier to open the eggs this way! Dylan - Mikey - Ryan The Fortner's Mike, Jenny, Mikey, and Ryan We feasted on ham, mac n' cheese, potato salad, broccoli, corn, asparagus, rolls, olives, and pickles. Desert was angel food cake, banana split cake, or Easter candy! Once again Grandma did an amazing job! Happy Easter 2010!

The boys and I stopped by the fire house to see Grandpa, and to deliver their Easter pictures. Mikey asked if he could see the big fire truck! Ryan - Grandpa - Mikey

The Easter Bunny came to our house! Mikey can almost reach the candy filled plastic eggs! Mikey Ryan attacking, I'm mean opening, his Easter basket bag from Toni. (Notice the goose egg on his forehead? He pulled a chair on top of himself, and it caught him square in the head! Poor Baby Monster!) Mikey was really excited about his Zhu Zhu pet hamster . Ryan loved shaking the eggs, to hear what was inside!

Paging, Doctor Fortner ...we have eggs that need to be dyed! After last year's, skin dying fiasco...we thought we would try gloves, as the wimpy little wire spoon, doesn't cut it! Grandma and Mikey writing his name! Dr. Dylan, the mad scientist! Dylan, was our brave and creative egg dyer! At one point we had duct tape, rubber bands, and other creative mediums on the table to make different designs! Ryan just watched and played with a car. Dylan and Mikey with all of their beautiful Easter eggs!

Growning up in Pacific, Missouri, I knew that it was once a booming railroad town, but now it only has a few stops at the silica plant. To honor that history, the city of Pacific, built a small park in the center of town, with a caboose and picnic area. The last few times we have visited Grandma and Grandpa, Mikey has begged to stop and get out of the car. We finally stopped, and checked things out! The old green and yellow caboose. Mikey on the back of the caboose, begging to go inside...only to find that it was locked. A little train to have your picture taken with. (Mikey wanted a working door or bell.)

As a huge fan of the Twilight Saga Books and Movies, a few of my friends and I joked last year about having a Viewing Party to watch New Moon . We made it happen, and it was a blast! Thank you Leanne, Nicole, and Pam for coming to the house and humoring me while I giggled like a teenager, while we watched the movie!
