Pacific Station Plaza

Growning up in Pacific, Missouri, I knew that it was once a booming railroad town, but now it only has a few stops at the silica plant.
To honor that history, the city of Pacific, built a small park in the center of town, with a caboose and picnic area.
The last few times we have visited Grandma and Grandpa, Mikey has begged to stop and get out of the car.
We finally stopped, and checked things out!

The old green and yellow caboose.

Mikey on the back of the caboose, begging to go inside...only to find that it was locked.

A little train to have your picture taken with.
(Mikey wanted a working door or bell.)
