We had the joy of visiting the Samsung Galaxy S III Pop Up Booth, near the Baltimore Aquarium, this past Saturday! It was so cool to check out all of the new features of the new Galaxy S III. One of my favorite things is the new burst photo capture feature, as it takes 20 photos all at once, so matter what happens you get your shot! If the kids move or someone hasn't stopped still, it takes 20 pictures and then suggests the best photo out of the group! I saw that the pop up booth was coming to Baltimore via Twitter, and I was like a little kid, so excited to check out the new phone and all of its bells and whistles. Mike, and the kids joined me as I asked a ton of questions, and we tried out the photo booth. They offered prizes and ice cream, via the really cool NFC Tags reader. The phone scans the NFC Tags, and places your order or tells you what prize you have won! Talk about new and exciting technology! *I was not compensated for this post, but just a fan of Samsun...

Christmas in July, is one of my favorite times of the year! Have you seen it, have you flipped through the Dream Book yet? I am so in love with a few of these ornaments, I just cant wait to see them in person! I have been getting Keepsake ornaments, every year for as long as I can remember! I am so glad that DirecTV did something right this week, after canceling most of the childrens programming that our boys know and love. I am so happy to tell you that we gained Sprout and Disney Jr. After the first few days of disappointed little guys and much whining, I told them we would just turn off the TV. We pulled out board games and coloring books. I was just about to go bonkers, when I heard the great news! There was a ray of sunshine on the horizon and Disney Jr was the best news we had all week. THANK YOU to DirecTV after a week of television disappointment. Thank you for positive change and helping to right a wrong! Our boys thank you and love that they have found a new group of shows to watch! This Momma thanks you and I would have lost my mind this summer without options.

Look who asked for a haircut like brother and Daddy?!

My five year old cut his own hair, resulting in his first high and tight hair cut. That was a little over 2 weeks ago, and I now look at him and wonder why I didn't do it sooner. Mikey loves his new hair and tells us that he loves that he can wash and go?! He loves that his haircut is so much cooler, and is great for the summer. And then there was Ryan...he was adamant, he did NOT want his haircut! He said, "No, cut my hair. I no want to look like Michael." My poor three year old made his first major choice in fashion, and was sticking to his guns. I must admit that I wasn't quite ready to let go of his silky blonde hair, and was right there with my baby, telling my husband it just is too soon. My sweet little guy, has been plagued with cowlicks and bed head since he was born, and I found joy in looking in his sweet little face each morning, telling him how he looks like a chicken. When pineapple cheesecakes start disappearing from the world's only Pineapple Cheesecake Factory across town, Crosley, a zany red crocodile, enlists the help of young John Degraffenreidt to straighten things out. In this adventure-fantasy, the unlikely pair sneaks out of John's house by becoming invisible, thanks to the I-ain't-here doodad Crosley uses from the bunch of whatchamacallits hanging on his belt. On the way to the subway they get better acquainted, and John finds out the wacky reason Crosley is red, and also what happens if he gets any water on him. They get on the Night Folks Limited train and ride all the way to the Cheesecake Factory where they meet the giant manager, Big Foot Mae. There is danger ahead, but the Night Buddies must stay with their "Program" (the Night Buddies word for Adventure) if the world's supply of pineapple cheesecakes counts for anything. And it surely does, especially to Crosley who is totally goofy...

Our modem is on the fritz, and I fear the day that I can not connect to the internet! Which brings me to my point, do you know where you can find free Wi-Fi hotspots in your local area? I have a few standbys, and thank goodness for those locations! I am excited to share with you that I found WiFiFreeSpot.com , which was a blessing, as I had forgotten about many of the local areas that provided free Wi-Fi for my use. I am please to say that I have five locations available in my area that I was unaware of. Thank goodness for the businesses that offer Wi-Fi hotspots at not cost, and have become known for that free service! So a huge thank you goes out to Barnes & Noble, McDonalds, Starbucks, Panera Bread, and Safeway! I was unaware that a few local resturants offered the same service, and I will rememeber that if the need arises!
