Today's Prompt: This year is flying by so fast...

This year is flying by so fast, and I am just loving all of the things that are on our schedule. Are there times when I wish things would slow down or I could freeze time? YES!!! Where did the first half of the year go? March and April have just flown by; January and February seem so long ago!

I can not get over the fact that the boys are growing so quickly, and I am shocked at how time has just flown by. It is almost May, and it means that I will have a 5 year old. Ummm, I'm sorry but when did that happen??? Seems like I was just holding Michael Jr. and kissing his sweet little hands and feet for the very first time. Now he is a bundle of energy and is always on go-go mode, seriously this kid is just wired and runs circles around me.

My three year old just asked what a hot dog was made out of...whoa, Dude...when did you become the little scientist, and seek greater learning? I didn't want to dash his dreams by telling him it was mostly made out of cute little piggies and other "left over" meat. It was the fact that my little guy is now at the stage of wanting to know why, and how things work!

I no longer have "babies," and it makes me all sad and all mushy feeling! Where has the time gone? When did my little guys ask ME if they could grow up? This year is flying by...am I the only one who blinked, and realized that it is almost May and summer time?

Congratulations to Brianna N.,  thank you to all that entered!  As a busy mom of two wild boys, I cannot tell you the last time I took the time to really focus 100% on myself and purchase a bra! I would love to tell you that I have a boudoir filled with lacy things, and I feel so beautiful while wearing them. Lets get real, I have two bras and I cannot tell you when or where they were purchased!
